【摘   要】 做好档案的安全是为了推动档案事业的科学发展的前提，档案信息安全是文件安全工作的重点。跟踪技术前沿，努力提升解决新问题的能力，同时以业界普遍存在的问题为导向，加强信息安全威胁防控，进一步做好档案信息安全工作。

[Abstract] Doing a good job in archives security is the premise to promote the scientific development of archives， and archives information security is the focus of archives security work. Follow up the technological frontier， strive to improve the ability to solve new problems， and at the same time， take the common problems in the industry as the guide， strengthen the prevention and control of information security threats， and further do a good job in archival information security.

在信息化時代，档案信息的建设对文件事业的发展有很大的影响，也出现了安全风险。考虑到这点，新时代的文件管理应该更注重信息的保存和利用，以使存档信息的保存和利用。备份数据的安全备份，并制定科学的应用软件系统，积极构筑了备份、归档管理、维修，验证，有效地改善了归档保存风险系数，有效降低备份维护信息的安全性和有效性。

1  文件信息化中存在的安全风险的类型

1.1  没有像样的监督制度和制度，对文件的管理也不到位

总结目前档案的信息化建设和管理，相关法律法规的建设停滞不前，整理完善不足的法律法规体系和制度，程序管理不科学，标准不统一，制度不健全。档案在每天的管理上思考不充分，新时代的文件和工作的要求不一致，分工不明确，严重威胁着文件的真实性。

1.2  信息技术的复杂性已经威胁到文件的存储的完整性和可靠性

文档信息的建立使得计算机、相关设备、软件系统能够通过网络存储、传送和利用文档信息。对该信息文件载体来说，存储介质与环境温度因素密切相关。如果在存储介质中出现问题，则不能保证存档信息的安全性。……
