【摘  要】 公路运输是当前我国运输行业的重要组成部分，属于国民经济的基础支柱产业，直接影响当前的国民经济建设。但在发展过程中，虽然我国公路建设步伐加快，但依旧存在大量的因素影响公路运营，其最为典型的便是公路运输超载现象。本文从当前公路运输超载现象的危害入手，深入进行分析，并结合实际情况，提出有效的解决策略，以促使我国公路运输事业稳定发展。

Overloading phenomenon of Highway Transportation and its solution

[Abstract] Highway transportation is an important part of China's transportation industry， which belongs to the basic pillar industry of the national economy and directly affects the current national economic construction. However， in the process of development， although the pace of highway construction in China has been accelerated， there are still a large number of factors affecting highway operation， the most typical of which is the overloading phenomenon of highway transportation. Based on this， this paper starts with the harms of the overloading phenomenon of the highway transportation at present， deeply analyzes it， and puts forward the effective solution strategy to promote the steady development of our country's highway transportation industry.

隨着时代不断发展，我国国民经济创新发展，促使我国公路建设取得重大的进展，以满足当前时代发展的需求。但由于运输事业的蓬勃发展，当前公路运输车辆中大型与中型的车辆占比不断增加，对公路造成严重的负荷，同时部分企业为提升经济效益，经常出现超重、超载情况，直接对公路造成损坏，缩短其使用寿命。

1  现阶段公路运输超载现象造成的危害

1.1  增大交通事故发生几率

实际上，当车辆在超载运行过程中，由于自身的车辆质量增加，直接导致车辆的惯性增大，进而间接的增大了当前车辆制动距离与制动时间，形成安全隐患。同时，车辆超载后，将增大车辆自身的负荷，促使当前的车辆制动热容增大，长此以往将降低车辆的使用寿命，削弱其实际的制动能力。例如，在车辆进行上坡过程中，可能由于制动能力削弱，出现刹车失灵情况，造成严重的后果。由于长时间的超载，还可能引起轮胎温度过高、摩擦严重、损伤以及负载增加等，引发严重的安全事故，为人们的生命财产造成巨大的损害[1]。……
