[摘 要] 做好中高职教育工作的衔接是促使职业教育得以协调发展的关键因素，因此基于中高职会计专业实践教学对接存在的问题，结合中高职会计专业对接班实践教学体系构建应遵循的层次性、全方位、灵活性原则，提出创设符合中高职会计专业职业需求的中高职会计专业对接班实践教学体系，即对中高职会计专业学生们的培养目标进行正确的定位；加强中高职师资之间的交流，合作编写实践教材；创新实践教学方法、考核方法；深化校企合作建立资源共享机制。

Abstract： To do a good job of higher vocational education connection is the key to the coordinated development of the vocational education factors， therefore， based on the problems and combined with the principle of hierarchy， omni-directional and flexibility in the practical teaching system， the study puts forward the practical teaching system which conforms to the demand for higher vocational accounting profession. It should carry out positioning in the training goal of higher vocational accounting major students correctly， strengthen the communication between teachers of middle and higher vocational colleges and write the materials in cooperation， innovate practice teaching method and assessment method， and deepen school-enterprise cooperation to establish resource sharing mechanism.

做好中高職衔接已然成为了构建现代职业教育体系最为重要的工作之一，尤其是现如今在中高职会计专业实践教学过程中，往往课程存在着一定的重复性，教学资源也缺乏共享性，解决工作早已刻不容缓。为此，通过结合中高职会计对接班教学工作上的实践经验，从多个方面入手展开粗浅的探讨，最终提出中高职会计相衔接的实践教学体系，以供参考。

一、中高职会计专业实践教学对接存在的问题

（一）在中高职会计专业实践教学体系的设计上缺乏系统性

中职会计专业实践教学，主要包括会计基本技能实训教学、基本会计实训教学、会计电算化实训教学、顶岗实习等。高职会计专业实践教学，主要包括会计基本技能实训教学、会计专项能力实训教学、顶杆实习等。……
