【摘要】目的 评价晚期食管癌患者肿瘤组织XB130表达对顺铂化疗效果的影响。方法 real-time PCR方法检测晚期食管癌患者活检组织中XB130基因的表达，通过食管造影技术评价患者接受顺铂化疗后瘤体的缩小程度。结果 XB130基因在晚期食管癌患者肿瘤组织中存在不同程度表达，平均表达强度为正常组织的6.89倍，XB130表达的高低与顺铂化疗效果存在明显负相关，相关系数为0.7462。结论 晚期食管癌患者肿瘤组织XB130的表达可能降低患者对顺铂化疗的敏感性。

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the impact of XB130 expression on the sensitivity of chemotherapy to cisplatin in advanced esophageal carcinoma patients.Methods Quantitative real-time PCR was performed to determine the XB130 mRNA expression levels using the comparative threshold cycle method of relative quantitation. Esophagogram was used in evaluating the variation of tumor after the chemotherapy to cisplatin in advanced esophageal carcinoma patients.Results Advanced esophageal carcinoma patients showed low or moderate expression。Negative correlation was found between XB130 mRNA expression and the sensitivity of chemotherapy to cisplatin.Conclusion XB130 expression in tumor can attenuate the sensitivity of chemotherapy to cisplatin in advanced esophageal carcinoma patients.

食管癌是一種常见的消化道肿瘤，晚期食管癌患者由于存在转移等原因，目前仍然采用放化疗为主的治疗方法。然而，人群对于化疗的敏感性存在着个体差异。因此，寻找能预测化疗疗效的评价指标对于指导临床化疗治疗，提高患者的生存期具有重要意义。XB130是2007年才发现的一种衔接蛋白，有研究结果提示，该蛋白可能影响肿瘤组织对化疗的敏感性。为了在食管癌中证实这一点，我们拟通过real-time PCR方法检测晚期食管癌患者活检组织中XB130基因的表达，通过食管造影技术评价患者接受顺铂化疗后瘤体的缩小程度，以期阐明晚期食管癌患者XB130基因表达与顺铂化疗敏感性之间的相关性，为预测食管癌晚期患者化疗疗效寻找新的评价指标。

1 材料与方法
