【摘要】目的 分析冠心病合并糖尿病护理中多样性护理的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016年12月～2018年1月收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者124例，将124例患者采用随机数字表法分成多样组（n=62例）与常规组（n=62例），对多样组患者实施多样性护理干预，常规组患者开展基础护理干预，将两组患者心绞痛发生情况及血糖水平改善情况进行比对。结果 多样组患者心绞痛发生情况、餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖水平与常规组临床数据比对，两组数据比对；差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 多样性护理在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中应用，可以降低患者心绞痛发生几率，控制患者血糖数值，改善患者临床病症。

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the application effect of diversity nursing in the nursing of coronary heart disease with diabetes.Methods A total of 124 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus admitted from December 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled. 124 patients were divided into various groups （n=62 cases） and conventional groups （n=62 cases） by random number table method. Diversified nursing interventions were performed in various groups of patients， and the basic group of patients underwent basic nursing interventions to compare the occurrence of angina and the improvement of blood glucose levels in the two groups.Results The incidence of angina pectoris， postprandial 2 h blood glucose， and fasting blood glucose levels in the various groups were compared with the clinical data of the conventional group （P<0.05）.Conclusion The significance of diversity nursing care for coronary heart disease with diabetes can reduce the incidence of angina pectoris， control the blood glucose level of patients， and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.

临床中常见的慢性疾病之一就是糖尿病，且常伴有冠心病，严重威胁患者身体健康。经研究，有效的干预可以改善患者临床病症，提高治疗效果，促进患者康复[1-2]。因此，本文选取收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者124例临床病例作为研究指标，分析冠心病合并糖尿病护理中多样性护理的应用效果。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院2016年12月～2018年1月收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者124例，分成多样组（n=62例）与常规组（n=62例），对多样组患者实施多样性护理干预，常规组患者开展基础护理干预。纳入标准：经临床诊断确诊为冠心病合并糖尿病，无严重糖尿病并发症，临床资料完整，自愿参与本次研究；排除标准：存在恶性肿瘤患者、严重营养不良及认知障碍患者。

多样组患者中年龄39～72岁，平均（52.3±2.8）岁；病程1～12年，平均（5.6±2.2）年；男32例，女30例；常规组患者中年龄39～71岁，平均（51.3±2.8）岁；……
