[摘要]目的 探讨吉西他滨或长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年6月在我院接受治疗的80例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象，根据患者的治疗方式分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。观察组给予患者长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗，对照组给予患者吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率、症状改善情况及骨髓抑制发生率。结果 观察组患者的总好转率、不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组患者的咯血评分、咳嗽评分、乏力评分及疼痛评分均明显优于对照组（P<0.01），同时该组患者的骨髓抑制发生率为30.0%，明显低于对照组的72.5%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 吉西他滨或长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌均可获得较好的临床效果，但是长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗患者的症状改善较为显著，值得临床进一步推广实施。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gemcitabine or Vinorelbine combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with non small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment method，patients in the observation group were given Vinorelbine combined with Cisplatin treatment，patients in the control group were given with Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin treatment，clinical curative effect，occurrence of adverse reaction，symptom improvement and occurrence of myelosuppression were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group，total improvement rate and adverse reactions occurrence in the observation group had no significant difference （P>0.05）.Score of hemoptysis，cough，fatigue and pain in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P<0.01），occurrence of myelosuppression in the observation group was 30.0%，lower than 72.5% in control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.01）.Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer can get a good clinical effect，but the symptoms of Vinorelbine combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were significantly improved.

临床中肺癌属于较为常见的恶性肿瘤，由于疾病早期的症状较为隐匿，多数患者在接受治疗时已发展为晚期，丧失了疾病治疗的最佳时机[1]。非小细胞肺癌的发病率占肺癌的80%以上，疾病晚期患者错失了手术治疗时机，化疗是目前临床中较为常用的治疗手段[2]。我院为探究吉西他滨或长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果，特选取晚期非小细胞肺癌患者64例进行研究，现报道如下。

1资料与方法
