[摘 要] 保护和传承非物质文化遗产是文化传播的一种特定方式。在构建河南省非物质文化遗产传承机制时，必须重视内外部环境对非物质文化遗产传播所带来的影响，尤其是在环境变化历程中，非物质文化遗产将会陷入非语境化境地，这就会极大地阻碍非物质文化遗产的保护与继承。因此，在新形势下，应当根据当前的时代环境，构建符合时代发展的非物质文化传播路径，切实做好非物质文化遗产的保护与传承工作，使其完整地交到后代子孙手里。

Abstract： Protecting and inheriting the non-material cultural heritage is a specific way of cultural communication. In constructing the inheriting mechanism of non-material cultural heritage in Henan Province， we must pay attention to the influences of internal and external environment on the dissemination of non-material cultural heritage， especially in the environmental changing process， the non-material cultural heritage will fall into the non-context situation， which will greatly hinder the protection and inheritance of non-material cultural heritage. Therefore， under the new circumstances， we should build a path of non-material cultural transmission complying to the era development according to the current era environment， and do well in the protection and inheritance work of non-material cultural heritage， so that it can be completely handed down to the descendants.

1 加強传承人的保护和培养

在全国非物质文化遗产体系中，传承者都肩负着保护和发扬遗产的重要责任。遗产和传承人具备相等的价值，传承者身上所肩负的是延续文化符号的艰苦重任。因此，要想实现非物质文化遗产的继承，必须首先确保传承者自身的技艺水平，只有提高传承者的主动性和自觉性，在当前的时代下，不断的加强对非物质文化遗产的理解，以人力资源来带动非物质文化遗产的发扬，才能够真正实现文化的延续与继承。另外，在文化的传承过程中，还必须注重对传承范围和传承方式的扩张，只有实现了传承机制的创新与改革，才能够确保传承人主体地位不丧失，使得传承者的价值最大化发挥出来。因此，在保护和培养传承者方面应当做到如下几点：第一，保护代表性传承人。……
