[摘 要] 通过对当前农民工群体现状分析得出，农民工文化程度偏低、知识信息储量少、职业技能缺乏、受社会排斥等，是制约农民工社会融入进程中的主要因素。面对这一问题，公共图书馆应主动担负起对农民工进行知识信息援助的职责。本文结合漯河市图书馆长期的实际工作经验，提出了为农民工提供知识信息服务的一些举措，既是为农民工提供的知识信息服务，一定要体现出针对性、持续性和多样性的特点。

Abstract： Through analysis of the current status of migrant workers， it is concluded that low level of migrant workers' education， less knowledge and information reserves， lack of vocational skills and social exclusion are the main factors that restrict the process of social integration of migrant workers. In the face of this problem， the public library should take the initiative to undertake the responsibility of carrying out knowledge and information assistance to the migrant workers. Based on the long-term practical experience of Luohe Library， this paper puts forward some measures to provide knowledge and information services for migrant workers， which are knowledge and information services for migrant workers， and must reflect the characteristics of pertinence， sustainability and diversity.

隨着时代的发展，我国改革开放进入了一个新的转型时期。当前，城市化进程不断加快，农民工这个特殊的社会群体，为当地经济发展和城市建设做出了重要贡献。同时，信息时代的到来，使信息传递方式发生快速变化，而农民工群体信息匮乏问题也凸显出来，知识信息的获取对他们来讲，已经是自身生存发展、务工就业的必备条件。图书馆作为公益性文化服务机构，应向包括农民工在内的弱势群体提供均等的、有针对性的知识信息服务，以提升他们整体的文化程度和公共文化消费水平。

1 农民工群体现状分析

农民工群体是我国城市化进程中不可或缺的力量。他们进入城市生活工作一段时间后，渴望成为城市中的一份子，渴望融入城镇的社会与生活，从中获得认同感。但是，由于现实情况并不乐观，农民工群体虽然生活在城市中，但文化水平低、就业困难、工作环境差、知识信息获取不充分等问题长期困扰着他们，使他们难以融入主流社会，被社会逐渐边缘化。……
