【摘 要】 随着社会经济的飞速发展，在社会中，固定资产投资成为了一种不可忽视的投资模式，人们的生活质量不断提高，与此同时固定资产投资的数额也逐年增加，在这样的社会背景下，固定资产投资审计工作的重要性就逐渐凸显出来。通过固定资产投资审计工作的开展，严格的控制了违纪现象，规范了资金领域的操作规范性等。本文就固定资产投资审计的概念展开分析，研究了当前固定资产投资审计存在的问题，最后针对相应的问题给出了对策。

[Abstract] With the rapid development of social economy， the society， the investment in fixed assets has become a kind of investment mode， increasing the quality of people's lives， at the same time also increased year by year， the amount of investment in fixed assets in such a social background， the importance of investment in fixed assets audit work is gradually highlighted. Through the implementation of the audit work of fixed assets investment， the violation of discipline was strictly controlled， and the operational standardization of the capital field was standardized. In this paper， the concept of the fixed assets investment audit is analyzed， the existing problems of the current fixed assets investment audit are studied， and finally the corresponding countermeasures are given.

固定资产投资需要大量的资金成本，固定资产投资审计工作能够对项目进行审计，是投资方更加了解与信任审计投资项目，在一定程度上也能够对投资的项目成本进行调控。企业在投资的过程中，往往会希望低成本投入，得到较高的收益，做好固定资产投资審计工作能够有效的提高企业的经济收益。审计工作能够减少投资问题的出现，促进企业的良性发展。

1 固定资产投资审计概述

固定资产投资审计是指审计机关依据国家法律、法规和政策规定，对固定资产投资项目财务收支真实、合法、效益的监督行为。审计工作具有一定的法律效益，能够确保投资的安全性，也能够保障固定资产投资项目建设过程中能够按照相应的投资方向发展，使股东、投资人等对项目足够了解等[1]。

2 固定资产投资审计存在的问题

2.1 审计内容不全面

当前固定资产审计工作的范围比较窄，审计内容不够全面，由于经济水平的提高，我国固定资产投资的规模也逐渐增加，在这样的背景下，为了提高投资的安全性，降低投资风险，应该加大对固定资产的审计力度，扩大审计范围。……
