【摘 要】 随着世界经济的发展，越来越得到共识的是：利润不是企业追求的唯一目标。因此，社会责任呼之欲出。尤其是我国在建设和谐社会的过程中，旅游企业有涉及行业领域多元化，人力资源密集性的综合特点，与社会各方面的影响和联系非常密切，因此责任重大。本文旨在充分认识旅游企业社会责任的必然性，全面诠释旅游企业社会责任实质的内涵，探索创新旅游企业担当社会责任的办法途径。

[Abstract] With the development of the world economy， it is increasingly recognized that profits are not the only goal pursued by enterprises. So social responsibility is on the horizon. In particular， in the process of building a harmonious society in China， tourism enterprises have the comprehensive characteristics of diversified industries and intensive human resources， which are closely related to the influence and connection of all aspects of society， so they have great responsibilities. This paper aims at fully understanding the inevitability of tourism enterprises' social responsibility， comprehensively interpreting the connotation of the essence of tourism enterprises' social responsibility， and exploring innovative ways and means for tourism enterprises to take on social responsibility.

1 构建和谐社会目标下旅游企业社会责任的提出

社会责任是和谐社会下发展要求下任何企业的必然担当，在人民日益增长的社会需求不均衡的矛盾仍然存在的情况下，旅游企业在新时代同时面临新的考验，也同时面对新的社会责任。党中央提出了建设和谐社会的战略性工作要求，同时理论界也引入了“企业公民”这一全新的经营管理理念。中国实行社会主义市场经济，各类企业在中国的经济社会中不仅占据非常重要的地位，而且起着非常重要的作用。中国企业正面临企业责任的严峻考验，那种资本无道德理论 ，中国社会不会容忍它。社会是企业生存的基础，满足社会的需求是企业生存的前提。经济效益只是企业社会责任的回报，是企业生存和发展的动力。因此，企业需要平衡和稳固其利益相关者之间的关系来维系自身的长期生存发展，而做到各方面在经济利润保障下的和谐，就必须增强其社会责任感。……
