【摘 要】 当前，我们正处于互联网的发展时代，而互联网时代的一个重要特点就是大数据。文章以大数据背景下我国互联网金融创新及传统银行转型为分析对象，首先对相关的概念进行了介绍，接着阐述了大数据背景下我国互联网金融创新，最后论述了大数据背景下我国传统银行转型，以便使得我国金融行业在大数据的环境下可以得到更好的发展。

[Abstract] At present， we are in the development era of the Internet， and an important feature of the Internet era is big data. Based on large data under the background of the Internet financial innovation in our country and the transformation of traditional Banks as the analysis object， first of all related concepts are introduced， and then expounds the big data under the background of the Internet financial innovation in our country， finally discusses the background of big data transformation of traditional Banks in our country， in order to make our country financial industry under the environment of big data can get better development.

当前，互联网金融已经成为了时代发展的趋势。在互联网发展环境下，大数据成为了互联网发展的最新趋势，通过大数据可以更好的将数据使用者和生产者进行联系，方便数据存储和运用。对于互联网而言，其最大特点在于数据量非常庞大，越多的用户使用应用价值就越高，对于金融行业来说更是如此。在互联网发展过程中，互联网沉淀了大量数据资源，通过对数据资源的开发有助于推动传统金融的转型，同时也是金融服务的有效补充。

1 相关概念的概述

1.1 大数据

当前我们正处于信息爆炸时代，传统软件工具已经无法满足信息管理，因此我们需要借助云计算来完成信息处理。大数据是新兴思维和数据相结合的产物，它不仅是庞大数据信息，更是一种思维方式的变化。一般而言，大数据具有多样化、海量化、快速、价值以及复杂五方面的特点。多样化主要是指数据的来源多样化，数据的处理也出现多样化的发展趋势。海量主要是指数据量非常庞大，大数据的采集和储存常常都是以TB作为基本单位。……
