【摘 要】医学人文教育的不足及缺陷是当前我国医学教育改革面临的主要困境。作为近年来我国医学教学改革的重大举措，医教协同促进临床医学人才人文能力提高已达成共识。但当前我国医学人文教育改革进展不尽如人意，多种教学设计模式存在程度不同的缺陷，难以适应卫生形势发展和医学人文教育改革的需求。为此，结合我国卫生形势和医学教育改革的要求，探讨医学人文教育教学设计模式的构建原则及其构成就是必然选择。

【Abstract】The shortage and defect of medical humanities education is the main predicament of medical education reform in China. As an important measure of medical teaching reform in China in recent years， it has reached a consensus that medical education can promote the humanistic ability of clinical medical talents. However， the progress of the reform of medical humanities education in our country is not satisfactory at present， and the defects of various teaching design patterns have different degrees. It is difficult to meet the needs of the development of health situation and the reform of medical humanities education. Therefore， combining with the requirements of the health situation and the reform of medical education in China， it is necessary to explore the construction principle and composition of the teaching design pattern of medical humanities education.

现代医学需要技术与人文兼具的医学卫生人才，医学人文能力遂成为当前以“岗位胜任力”为核心的全球医学教育改革的重要内容。与之相应，近年来我国接连出台医学教育改革举措[1]，倡导医教协同，促进高质量临床医学人才培养体系的建设，其目的之一，亦为加强医学生医学人文能力的培养。教学设计是教育教学的核心内容。但时至今日，医学人文教育教学设计模式大都沿袭以往，难以满足和适应医教协同提出的需求和要求。因此，如何结合我国特殊的医学教育状况探索构建体现医教协同需求和要求的教学模式，成为当前医学人文教育教学改革的重点和难点。
