摘 要 目的：评价对哮喘患儿加强健康教育干预的效果。方法：收集哮喘患儿126例，随机分为对照组（63例）和观察组（63例）。对照组接受常规护理，观察组加强健康教育。比较两组患儿近1年内发病次数、急诊次数、住院天数。结果：观察组1年内的发病次数、急诊次数、住院天数明显低于对照组（P均<0.05）。结论：在哮喘患儿的护理过程中，加強健康教育能显著改善预后，节约社会及医疗资源。

Effect of health education intervention on children with asthma

ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the effect of health education intervention on children with asthma. Methods： A total of 126 children with asthma were collected， and randomly divided into a control group （63 cases） and an observation group （63 cases）. The control group received routine nursing care， and the health education was strengthened to the observation group. The incidence， the number of emergency and the length of hospital stay in the two groups were compared in the last 1 year. Results： The incidence of the disease， the number of emergency visits and the length of stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group in 1 year（P<0.05）. Conclusion： In the process of nursing for children with asthma， strengthening health education can significantly improve the prognosis and save social and medical resources.

哮喘属于呼吸道慢性的变态反应性疾病，这种多基因遗传病与免疫和环境等多种因素有关[1-2]。目前针对急性发作的哮喘患儿主要是消除咳嗽并减少喘息发作，恢复肺功能正常状态，保障患儿的正常生长发育[3-4]。因此在治疗过程中，应通过有效的干预措施预防并控制引发哮喘疾病的相关危险因素，而患儿及其家属本身对于疾病控制的重视程度对其预后有着十分重要的影响[5-6]。本次研究旨在评价哮喘患儿加强健康教育干预的效果。

1 一般资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2015年1月至2016年12月在我院就诊的哮喘患儿共126例。纳入标准：近4周内未使用激素类药物者；未出现哮喘持续状态；患儿家属对本次研究目的及意义均知情，并签署同意书者。排除标准：肺结核患者；合并先天性心脏病者；支气管异物者。按照完全随机化分组原则将其分为对照组（63例）和观察组（63例），对照组中男性33例，女性30例；年龄0～6岁，平均（3.1±0.8）岁。观察组中男性34例，女性29例；年龄0～6岁，平均（3.0±0.8）岁。两组基线资料差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
