【摘 要】现今的社会，培养人才的摇篮就是高校。因此，高校内部硬件的完善程度会直接影响学生的学习效果。图书馆是高校必备的基础硬件之一，在为学生提供更多书籍参考的同时，还可以实现给学生一个安静的学习空间的作用，在基础的建设过程中，不但要有纸质的书籍，还应该开设相应的电子阅览室。论文对高校图书馆电子阅览室的概述、阅览室面临的问题及解决新措施三个方面进行具体的阐述，希望对未来电子阅览室更好的发展提供帮助。

【Abstract】Nowadays， the cradle of cultivating talents is the university. Therefore， the improvement of internal hardware of colleges and universities will directly affect the students' learning effect. Library is one of the essential basic hardware of colleges and universities. It can provide students with a quiet study space while providing more reference books for students. In the process of infrastructure construction， university libraries should not only have paper books， but also set up corresponding electronic reading rooms. The paper makes specific elaboration from three aspects： the overview of the electronic reading room of university library， the problems faced by electronic reading room of university library， and the new measures to solve the problems. It is hoped that it will help the better development of the electronic reading room in the future.

1 引言

在互联网逐渐普及和我国科技的不断发展中，高校的图书馆电子阅读室的建设已经逐渐完善。但是，主要的管理模式仍有很多待提高的部分，高校的图书馆电子阅览室在结合数字化的信息资源的同时，还可以实现数据共享，可以为广大的师生提供更好的服务。

2 高校图书馆电子阅览室的概述

对于高校图书馆电子阅览室的概述方面，本文通过两个方面来具体阐述：第一，高校图书馆电子阅览室的概念；第二，高校图书馆电子阅览室的作用。高校图书馆电子阅览室主要是依靠互联网通信技术与计算机为基础，更好地为学生提供信息服务、网络报名以及电子查阅等功能，电子阅览室的出现，改变了传统的纸张媒介中的书籍查阅，能够将信息汇集在网络上，形成以网络信息为服务载体的数字化、电子化的体系，使学生能够在电子阅览室浏览相关的网络信息，查阅需要的专业或学术文献，甚至可以接收到实时的远程教育，可以体验的内容非常丰富。……
