[摘要] 通过对江苏省1132名医学院校大学生网络利用现状调查问卷的研究分析，论述当下网络环境下医学院校大学生网络利用现状，分析互联网的迅速发展给高效班级管理带来的发展机遇和面临的挑战。提出能够更好地利用互联网进行班级管理的措施：树立正确的上网观念、加强网络监管；积极引导学生正确利用互联网上的优质资源；利用网络平台，加强班级交流。

[Abstract] Through the research and analysis of the questionnaire of the current situation of internet utilization in 1132 medical college students in Jiangsu province， this paper discusses the current situation of medical college students' network utilization in the current Internet environment. The development opportunities and challenges the rapid development of the Internet bring to the efficient class management is analyzed， and the class management measures can be carried out via better utilization of the Internet： establish the correct concept of Internet access， and strengthen network supervision； actively guide students to make good use of the quality resources via the Internet； use the network platform to strengthen the class interactions.

班级是大学生的基本组织形式，是一个教育化的微型社会，是大学生自我教育、知识化、社会化的主要组织载体[1]。班级管理是学校管理中最基层、最重要的环节，是指管理者根据一定的目的和要求，通过相应的方法对整个班级的学生与相关的资源进行优化组织结构和调控，以实现最终的教育目标的一系列活动[2]。随着电子信息技术和互联网的快速发展，互联网已经在大学生的生活和学习中普遍使用，互联网的普及对健康的高校校园文化和高校学生管理工作带来巨大的挑战，尤其是医学院校[3]。由于医学课程具有专业性强、知识面广、知识难度大等特点，学生掌握起来具有一定的难度。因此，医学院校的大学生不仅需要掌握难度较大的专业知识，还需要培养其钻研学习能力和团队合作能力[4]。随着QQ、微信、微博、论坛等网络工具的普及，互联网教学在高校中的应用更加普遍[5]。……
