【摘 要】信息技术的发展和大数据时代的到来使得统计素养成为公民基本素养，概率统计的学习对统计素养发展有着重要的意义。通过调查发现：大学生对概率统计课程比较感兴趣，但普遍存在学习困难，学习习惯较差，对课程作用缺乏正确的认识等问题。为解决课程学习中存在的问题，切实提高学生的统计素养，达成课程目标，教师应做到转变教学观念，改革教学内容与教学方式；改变学生对课程的认识，让学生正确认识概率统计的重要性；要重视学法指导和学习习惯的培养。

Present Situation， Problems and Improvement Strategies of Probability and Statistics Learning in Local College

【Abstract】With the development of information technology and the arrival of the era of big data， statistical literacy has become the basic quality of citizens， and the study of probability and statistics is of great significance to the development of statistical literacy. Through the survey， it is found that college students are interested in probability and statistics courses， but they also have prevailing problems including learning difficulties， poor learning habits， the lack of a correct understanding of the role of the curriculum. For solving the problem in curriculum learning， effectively improve the statistical literacy of students， and achieving？the curriculum goals， teachers should change the teaching idea， and reform teaching contents and teaching methods； should change the students' understanding of the curriculum， and let the students have correct understanding of the importance of probability and statistics； and should pay attention to cultivate the guidance of learning method and learning habits.

信息技术的发展和大数据时代的来临，使得人们每天不得不面对大量的数据，从中寻找其规律、获取有用信息。在以信息和技术为基础的社会里，数据的分析和处理变得非常重要，统计素养成为每个公民必备的数学素养。《概率论与数理统计》（以下简称《概率与统计》）是我国高等学校理工类本科专业学生必修的一门公共基础课，课程内容分为概率论、数理统计两个部分。概率论研究随机现象的规律性，数理统计研究有效地收集、整理和分析带有随机性的数据，以对所考察的问题做出统计推断或预测。课程在科学研究、工程技术、经济管理等领域有广泛应用。概率统计课程的学习正是要培养和提高学生的统计素养，培养学生用数据说话的实事求是的科学态度和精神。但《概率与统计》课程内容抽象，学生普遍感觉困难，技术发展对人才素养的要求和学习困难二者之间的矛盾。……
