摘 要 自主学习模式是以教师与学生之间的实际教学情况为基础，从学生的身心发展规律出发，可以调动学生的学习积极性，能够使学生积极解决在学习中遇到的难题。自主学习可以提高学生的主观能动性，使学生不再依赖于教师，使学生靠自己的不断努力去学习知识，让学生有自觉制定英语学习计划的意识，以及自觉选择英语学习方法。

Practice and Exploration of Autonomous Learning in Middle School English

Abstract Autonomous learning model is based on the actual situation of teaching between teachers and students， starting from the students' physical and mental development， can mobilize the enthusiasm of students， to enable students to actively solve the problems encountered in learning. Autonomous learning can improve the students' subjective initiative， so that students no longer rely on teachers to enable students to rely on their own efforts to learn knowledge， let the students have the consciousness of English study plan consciousness， and consciously choose English learning methods.

所謂自主学习，具体是指学生依靠自己的努力寻找适合自己的学习方法，形成自主探索学习的意识，让学生更加积极主动地利用多种方式进行英语学习，这需要教师的积极引导。学生形成自主学习意识，有利于学生在未来的学习道路上不断进步，能够更好地融入社会。本文将自主学习模式应用于中学英语中，对其进行实践探究。

1 自主学习在中学英语实践中的重要意义

1.1 对于提高学生能力与素质有重要作用

若想提高中学生的能力与素质，不能仅依靠英语课堂中教师讲解的英语知识，还需要学生个人具备自主学习意识。因此在中学英语学习过程中，更多地需要学生主动学习英语知识，这对提高其英语学习成效有重要作用，在中学英语实践中，自主学习有利于学生能力与素质的提高。

1.2 顺应新课程改革的要求

在新课程改革的背景下，中学英语教学方式需要有一定的变革，此时把自主学习应用于中学英语教学中，能够顺应新课程改革的要求。……
