摘 要 随着现代化和城市化进程的加快，乡村旅游越来越受人青睐。我国乡村旅游虽然起步较晚，发展却非常迅速，近年来更是处于快速增长的高峰期。我国乡村旅游的发展仍处于初级阶段，在发展过程中存在许多问题。大理素来是全国旅游的热点，乡村旅游的发展非常迅速，并“形成了政府联动市场、文化嫁接旅游、旅游促进农业”的三元叠加型乡村旅游开发的大理模式。本文在分析大理乡村旅游现状和发展模式的此基础上对乡村旅游的问题及制约因素进行了探讨，最后对大理乡村旅游的可持续发展提出了建议与对策。

Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism

in Dali Prefecture of Yunnan Province

Abstract With the acceleration of modernization and urbanization， rural tourism has become more and more popular. Although China's rural tourism started late， the development is very rapid， in recent years， it is in the peak period of rapid growth. The development of rural tourism in our country is still in the primary stage， and there are many problems in the development process. Dali has been the focus of national tourism， rural tourism development is very rapid， and the formation of a “government linked market， tourism and tourism to promote agricultural cultural grafting" superimposed three yuan rural tourism development pattern in Dali. Based on the analysis of the current situation and development model of rural tourism in Dali， this paper discusses the problems and constraints of rural tourism， and finally puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the sustainable development of rural tourism in Dali.

旅游業的发展往往能够带动酒店业、服务业、交通运输等多个行业的共同发展。旅游业区别于其他产业，它不是独立于其他产业的个体，旅游业是集农业与工业整合于一体的服务型产业，因此旅游业的发展能够振兴其所在区域的经济发展，给当地的财政收入以及居民收入带来巨大的增长。发展旅游业必须认真贯彻落实习近平总书记在考察云南时提出的重要指示，坚持产业兴州，把旅游业作为推动大理发展的支柱型产业。

1 乡村旅游的特点及优势

乡村旅游具有以下特点：（1）乡村旅游具有明显的地域性特征，旅游范围局限于当地；（2）乡村旅游以外来游客和城镇居民为主体；（3）乡村旅游的客体不仅包括乡村特有田园风光等自然资源还拥有丰富的人文资源；……
