摘 要 新课改的进一步推进，学校管理不断实现创新，教师质量也明显提高。但是，在学校不断发展的过程中，在学校管理上依然存在一些问题，主要是管理创新理念没有从教育发展的角度出发不断调整和完善。這就需要从实践的角度出发从宏观的角度审视学校管理创新问题，以推进学校管理发挥实效性。本论文针对新课改背景下学校管理的创新进行研究。

On the Innovation of School Management under the

Background of New Curriculum Reform

Abstract The further promotion of the new curriculum reform， school management to achieve innovation， the quality of teachers is also significantly improved. However， in the process of the continuous development of the school， there are still some problems in school management， mainly the concept of management innovation has not been adjusted and improved from the perspective of education development. Therefore， it is necessary to examine the problem of school management innovation from the perspective of practice in order to promote the effectiveness of school management. This paper studies the innovation of school management under the background of new curriculum reform.

0 引言

新课改进入到攻坚阶段，学校管理的过程中，无论是管理理念，还是管理行为都发生了改变，管理更为人性化，更为注重学生的信心健康培养，促进学生个体更好地发展。学校要在管理上实现创新，就要将“以人为本”的思想注入其中，塑造开放、民主的管理环境，不仅管理观念有所创新，还要在管理实践上不断创新，以促使学校管理成为促进教育事业发展进步的重要推动力量。

1 新课改背景下学校管理的现状及问题

1.1 学校管理的思想创新问题

新课改的主要思想是要求学校管理中要尊重人的主观性，做到管理人性化，最大程度地满足人的需要。从现在的学校管理情况来看，依然存在着诸多的不足，导致学校管理质量受到了影响。

比如，虽然目前倡导学校要重视素质教育，但是，依然有部分学校管理者以分数作为重要的衡量指标，这就必然会在管理中忽视人的作用，更不会从人的发展角度出发实施管理。……
