摘 要：文章针对中职升本土木工程专业建设中所存在的问题，从校企深度合作机制的构建方面进行研究。文章基于中职升本土木工程专业的特点，提出了校企深度合作原则、校企深度合作内容，以及校企深度合作保证措施，并从这三方面对中职升本土木工程专业建设总结了机制构建的方法。

Abstract： Aiming at problems in the specialty construction of civil engineering of secondary vocational schools， this paper carries out researches from the perspective of mechanism construction of school-enterprise cooperation. Based on the characteristics of civil engineering of secondary vocational schools，this paper puts forward the principles， content and safeguard measures of school-enterprise cooperation and summarizes mechanism construction methods of civil engineering of secondary vocational schools from these three perspectives.

引言

所謂中职教育也就是中等职业学校教育，其任务主要就是对各个行业技能型人才进行培养。对于中职教育与本科教育而言，其属于两个不同层次，在国家教育体系中两者均属于必不可少的部分，就当前国家教育发展战略而言，中职升本就是对中职学生进行继续教育，从而对高端技能人才进行培养，这一点在国家中长期教育落实过程中也属于必然需求，因此中职升本人才培养模式的研究就显得格外重要。

就中职升本土木工程专业学科而言，在当前国家基础设施建设以及城市建设等相关方面虽然已经得到重大成果，然而，随着当前建筑行业不断发展，对于土木工程师也具有更高要求，所以应当将传统教育理念及培养模式转变，在实际教育过程中积极融合各个方面内容，对学生各方面能力进行培养，从而对技能型土木工程人才进行合理培养，使其能够在实际工作过程中致力于各种工程建设。在当前应用型本科院校高素质技能型人才实际培养过程中，校企合作属于十分重要的一种模式，同时也是本科教学阶段职业技术教育能够实现其目标的一中基本途径。……
