摘 要：随着新基础课程改革的发展以及知识经济时代下就业竞争力的增加，各学校对师范生技能要求越来越高，对于作为培养中小学生思想政治素养的思想政治教育专业的师范生尤其如此，因此全面提高思想政治教育专业师范生技能及其综合素质极为重要。文章以长治学院思想政治教育专业师范生为例，通过文献研究法和问卷调查法，详细了解当前长治学院思想政治教育专业师范生技能培养以及掌握现状，深刻剖析其所存在的问题以及原因，结合学校具体实际，并借鉴国内相关院校师范生培养经验，以期为长治学院思想政治教育专业师范生技能提升提供有益借鉴。

Abstract： With the development of the new basic curriculum reform and the increase of employment competitiveness in the era of knowledge economy， the skills of normal students have become increasingly demanding， especially for the normal students of the ideological political education who cultivate primary and middle school students' ideological and political quality. Therefore， it is very important to improve the students' skills and their comprehensive qualities. Taking the normal students of the ideological and political education in Changzhi University as an example， the status quo of ideological and political majors is understood in detail through literature research and the questionnaire survey. Combined with the specific reality of the school， this paper also analyzes the existing problems and causes， and learns from the experience of the training of normal college students in China in order to provide a useful reference for the studentsy' skills upgrading of the ideological and political education in Changzhi University.

當今时代，教育对国家、民族的当前发展状况和未来发展潜力起着重要的作用。而教育的进行又不可缺少教师，教师是教学活动的主导者，在教学活动中起着策划者、组织者、领导者的作用，其所掌握及运用的师范生技能会对教学效果以及受教育者的素质产生重要影响。基于此，认识到师范生技能提升的重要性，并采取措施努力提高其师范生技能，具有十分重要的意义。

一、思想政治教育专业师范生技能提升基本理论阐述

师范生技能是指优秀教师必须具备从事教学工作的娴熟的专业技巧与较强的专业能力。师范生的基本技能包括普通话能力、书写及书面表达技能、教学设计技能、教学导入技能、说课评课技能、组织和指导综合活动技能、教学研究技能、班主任工作技能、现代教育技术技能等。……
