摘 要：由于我国经济水平的提高，使科学技术得到了长足发展，互联网技术在各个行业中得到了广泛应用。此种背景下，医院综合档案朝着网络化管理方向发展也正是顺应时代发展的必然。因此本文主要以“互联网+”时代的医院综合档案管理模式为重点展开论述，结合当下“互联网+”时代医院综合档案管理面临的问题为主要依据，从改善基础设备、提高工作人员的业务水平、明确档案管理的范围、增强电子档案的安全性这四方面进行深入探索与研究，加大对“互联网+”时代的医院综合档案管理模式的研究力度，主要目的在于提高“互联网+”时代的医院综合档案管理质量与水平，为医院快速发展提供推力。

Management Mode of Hospital Comprehensive Archives in "Internet plus" Era

Abstract： Due to the improvement of China's economic level， science and technology have been greatly developed， and Internet technology has been widely used in various industries. Under this background， the development of hospital comprehensive archives towards network management is also the inevitable trend of the times. This paper mainly takes "Internet plus" era of hospital comprehensive archives management mode focus on the discussion， combined with the current " Internet plus" era of hospital archives management problems as the main basis， from the improvement of infrastructure， improve the operational level of staff， clear the scope of archives management and enhance the safety of the electronic archives four aspects of in-depth exploration and research， strengthen the research of "Internet plus" era of hospital files management mode， the main purpose is to improve the quality and level of hospital archives management in "Internet plus "era， provide thrust for the rapid development of hospital.

醫院综合档案是医院存储信息的主要载体，是各个部门日常工作中所积累且保存下来的档案信息，因此综合档案是否完整真实对医院的医疗水平与长期发展皆有着直接影响。因为医疗事业的快速发展以及新医改的落实，使得医院综合档案的应用效率与使用价值更加凸显。因综合档案中的信息种类比较繁杂，所包含的资料比较多，在对其展开管理时需结合网络化开展，这样才会减少人为处理的误差，但从现状来看，医院综合档案管理的“互联网+”开展工作仍存在一些问题，还需针对这些问题进行完善，促进医院综合档案管理质量的提升。……
