摘 要：互联网对高等教育的影响日益显现，慕课、翻转课堂等各种基于互联网的教学创新纷纷涌现，互联网+时代需要大量的软件创客人才，然现高职软件技术专业在人才培养过程中存在目标不明确、课程体系不科学、教学形态不先进、教学资源不丰富、评价体系不完善等问题，要从根本上解决这些问题，必须改革人才培养模式，“应用创新导向、提升综合素养能力”的高职软件技术专业“123456”人才培养模式是提高高职软件技术专业人才培养质量的有效途径。

Research on the Training Mode of Software Innovation Talents to Improve the Comprehensive Quality of Professional Posts Based on Internet plus Education

——Taking the Software Technology Major of Loudi Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Abstract： The impact of the Internet on higher education has become increasingly apparent， and various teaching innovations based on Internet have sprung up， such as "Mu class"， "flip class" and so on，Internet plus age needs a large number of software creating talents， so the software technology specialty of Higher Vocational Education in the process of personnel training problems in the form of teaching goal is not clear， the curriculum system is not scientific and advanced， not rich teaching resources， evaluation system is not perfect， to solve these problems fundamentally， must reform the personnel training mode，the "123456 oriented" talent training model of higher vocational software technology which applies innovation orientation and promotes comprehensive literacy ability is an effective way to improve the quality of talent training of software technology professionals in Higher Vocational education.

0 引 言

教育部在教職成[2015]6号文件（《教育部关于深化职业教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的若干意见》）中强调职业教育需要“产教深度融合”、“专业教学应紧贴生产实际，对接最新职业标准、行业标准和岗位规范，紧贴岗位实际工作过程，调整课程结构，更新课程内容，深化多种模式的课程改革”。互联网+时代，软件产业已成为了国民经济中重要的战略性、先导性产业，但因其具有技术更新快、应用领域广等特点，社会上优秀的软件技术人才十分短缺，高校培养满足不了需求缺口，特别需要高职院校能结合高职教育的特点培养出更多高素质的软件技术人才。

然而，我国高职软件技术专业在人才培养过程中出现了企业“求贤欲渴”与学生“毕业即失业”的尴尬局面。要打破这种局面，需提升高职软件技术专业毕业生的核心就业能力，实现真正的“零距离”对口就业，亟需从教育观念层面、课程体系及人才培养模式等方面去系统思考和实践，提出解决办法。……
