摘 要 教育實习是师范教育培养合格教师的综合实践环节，是学生快速提高教学技能、培养独立教学能力的重要方式。本文主要对我国的教育实习现状以及对策进行了分析。教育实习存在着教育实习时间短且集中、实习基地缺乏以及利用率低、教育评价机制单一等问题。针对这些问题提出相应的对策，如：适当延长教育实习时间，构建注重反思的全程化教育实习模式，完善教育评价体系等措施。

Abstract As an important way to improve the teaching skills and develop the independent teaching ability， the education practice is the comprehensive practice of the teacher training. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and Countermeasures of our country's education practice. Education practice has the problems such as short education practice time， lack of concentration， lack of practice base and low utilization rate， single education evaluation system. In response to these problems， this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures， such as： the appropriate extension of educational practice time， the construction of a focus on reflection of the whole process of education practice mode， improve the education evaluation system and other measures.

教育实习不是简单的上几节课，做几天临时教师，而是师范教育专业教学计划中重要的综合实践课程，是师范教育贯彻理论联系实际原则、实现培养目标不可缺少的教学环节。近年来，师范院校的教育实习也取得了很大成效，但是受当前人才培养目标的多元化及毕业生就业困难等因素的影响，其师范专业的招生和发展面临着严重的困难和挑战。在此大环境下，教育实习工作的开展也存在一些缺陷和不足，若不能够很好地解决，将直接影响到教师教育专业学生培养质量。

1师范生的教育实习现状分析

1.1 教育实习时间短且集中，实习生得不到全面的锻炼

教育部颁发的《关于实施卓越教师培养计划的意见》中明确提出师范生的教育实习时间不能少于一个学期。但是，该方案在大部分的师范院校还没有具体的实施。目前，我国的教育实习主要还存在着实习时间短并且过于集中。……
