摘 要 近几年，随着GIS产业的蓬勃发展，社会各个领域对GIS专业人才（尤其是GIS开发人员）的需求与日俱增。虽然全国很多高校都开办了GIS专业，并且开设了GIS开发技术相关的课程，但所培养的学生毕业后很难达到用人单位的要求，因此对GIS开发类课程进行教学改革的探索和实践是非常有必要的。本研究以成都信息工程大学为例，引入CDIO教学理念对GIS开发类课程进行一体化改革，希望本研究所提出的教学改革思路能够对其他高校GIS开发类人才的培养提供借鉴。

Abstract In recent years， with the vigorous development of GIS industry， social demand of GIS professional （especially the GIS developers） is increasing day by day. Although many colleges and universities across the country have set up the major of GIS， and the GIS development technique courses have been opened， but the graduate students are difficult to meet the requirement of the employing unit， therefore it is necessary to carry out the teaching practice of reform and exploration for the GIS development courses. Taking Chengdu University of Information technology as example， we carry out integration reform for the GIS development technique courses by the CDIO teaching concept which aims at providing referential experience and advice for the GIS development talents cultivation in colleges and universities.

1 CDIO教育理念簡介

麻省理工学院和瑞典皇家工学院等四所大学在2001经过研究提出一种基于CDIO的工程教育理念。豍CDIO代表构思（Conceive）、设计（Design）、实现（Implement）和运作（Operate），它以产品研发到产品运行的生命周期为载体，让学生以理论联系实际的方式学习专业知识，是“做中学”和“基于项目的教育和学习”几种基于理念的升华。②③④CDIO培养大纲将学生的能力分为基础知识、个人能力、人际交往能力和工程系统能力四个层次，并采用12条标准来评价学生培养质量。⑤⑥

2 GIS开发类课程教学改革的必要性

GIS开发类课程实践性都非常强，但在很多高校的GIS专业培养方案中，GIS开发类课程的上机实验学时较少，在实验室，学生只能在老师的指导下完成基本的验证性实验，几乎没有进行综合性实验的时间。虽然老师也要求学生在课外完成一些综合实验，但大部分同学都是应付了事，达不到预期的效果。……
