摘 要 大学生参与高校图书馆管理工作要确认其中的重要意义。能够根据高校图书馆主要管理工作开展学习，构建管理工作主体意识，为实现高校图书馆管理工作的目的而努力。对此，需要进一步的强化对高校图书馆管理工作中存在的问题的认识，能够针对问题的主要特点制定完善的管理措施，突出高校图书馆管理工作重点。

Abstract The importance of College Students' participation in the management of University library. According to the main management of university library to carry out the study， the construction of the main consciousness of management， in order to achieve the purpose of University Library management. In this regard， the need to further strengthen the management of University Library in the work of the existing problems， to develop and improve the main features of the problem of management measures， highlight the focus of the management of University library.

0 前言

随着教育事业的不断发展，高校图书馆管理呈现全新的变化。大学生参与到高校图书馆管理工作能够更好地了解图书馆运营状况，解决一定的管理人员不足的问题，降低经费投入。但是由于大学生自身经验的不足，导致在管理过程中暴露一定的问题。①针对这种情况，需要强化大学生参与高校图书馆管理工作的研究。增强大学生参与积极性，进一步提升图书馆管理服务质量，充分发挥出高校图书馆职能，这对高校图书馆的发展具有重要的现实意义。

1 大学生参与高校图书馆管理工作的意义

1.1 图书馆方面

大学生参与到图书馆能够加强学生对图书馆的了解，建立读者与图书馆和谐的关系。高校图书馆的主要服务对象就是学生，大学生参与其中的管理能够更好地为学生着想。大学生既是读者也是管理人员，并且能够全面地进行图书馆的宣传工作，监督图书馆的日常发展。选拔优秀的大学生参与到高校图书馆管理工作，对图书馆的发展也起到积极的作用。……
