摘 要 随着我国高等教育改革日益深化，教育理念、管理方式、体制、机制等都随之而变，各层次、各领域毕业生逐年增加，随着经济快速增长的同时也显现出诸多问题。本文作者就本学院开展的优良学风建设，探讨了优良学风对培养综合素质高、适应性强的优秀毕业生的重要性，同时在思想建设和实践探索上肯定了优良学风对增强毕业生就业竞争力的作用。

Abstract With the deepening of China's higher education reform， education idea， management mode， system and mechanism have been changed at all levels and in various fields of graduates increased year by year， along with the rapid economic growth also appeared many problems. The author of this excellent study style construction in the college， discusses the importance of cultivating outstanding graduates fine style of high comprehensive quality， strong adaptability， and affirms the role of good style of study to enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates in the ideological construction and practice.

随着我国高等教育改革日益深化，大学生就业形势也日益严峻。用人单位在招聘毕业生时注重学历更重视能力，注重专业素质更重视综合素养，注重理论知识更重视实践技能，从而导致毕业生就业竞争日益激烈。能否培养综合素质高、适应性强的优秀毕业生以满足用人单位的需求，反映出高校人才培养机制中的学风建设问题。建设优良学风不仅是每个大学生成长成才的有力支撑，也是实现顺利就业、获得可持续发展的基本保证。

1 学风建设和就业工作相辅相成

高校优良学风建设与就业工作是相辅相成的，学风建设和就业工作是高校人才培养过程中的两项重要工作。高校毕业生想要获得较强的就业竞争力，需要在优良的学习氛围中逐渐积淀，建设优良学风可极大促进高校毕业生精准熟练地掌握专业知识技能，增强毕业生的就业竞争力，推动毕业生顺利就业。

从目前大学生就业的实际情况来看，我国现代化建设与服务经济的快速发展促使现代化产业结构发生了质的改变，这使得社会对高校学生综合素质的要求不断提高，而毕业生的就业状况直观地反映出高校学风建设和学生综合素质。……
