摘要：互联网影响着我们的学习和工作方式，也影响着我们的教育，它改变了对知识的产生、传播、管理、利用的途径，同时也改变了教育活动的时空结构，教育形态。数字微课这种新兴的在线教育模式的诞生与发展，促使现代教育产生了重大的突破与变革。其兴起和推广提供了个性化的学习方式，使学生真正成为了学习的主导者，其灵活的学习过程能得到更好的教学效果，其简单易学的制作方式能让更多的教师参与，可以预见的是，数字微课会成为数字化校园平台或专业教学资源库最主要的资源。

Abstract： The Internet has influenced our work and learning， also affects our education， it has changed to knowledge production， dissemination， management， utilization ways， but also changed the space-time structure of educational activities， educational form. The birth and development of digital micro class this emerging online education mode， promote modern education produced a major breakthrough and change. The rise and provide personalized learning style promotion， to enable students to truly become a dominant learning， its flexible learning process can get better teaching effect， making it easy to learn to make more teachers to participate， it is foreseeable， digital micro class will become the main resources on digital campus platform.

在教育全球化和信息化的背景下，基于“开放共享”理念的开放教育资源运动是全球教育发展的重要趋势。在线教育这一新兴的教育模式的诞生与发展，促使现代职业教育产生了历史性的突破与变革，并成为社会和经济发展重要动力。传统的教学模式受到了网络教育的冲击，因为传统教学模式存在着 “过于单一、过于枯燥”这一不可回避的问题，虽不断进行课程改革，但教学效果却得不到有效的提高，没有实质性的突破。在如今的高等院校以及企业培训中，教科书与现场授课正逐渐的转向由借助学校科学技术及网络资源进行教学，传统的学习方式已经不再是唯一的选择，在线公开课、即时通讯、虚拟校园等技术提供了多样的个性化的学习方式。……
