摘 要 加大对重点实验室的投入，改善实验室的条件，提高学生的动手能力，让研究生能更好地将理论与实践相结合，在对知识不断的求证与探索中，培养自身的创新能力。本文将从改善实验条件、注重对研究生创新能力方面的培养、加强实验室建设与管理的具体措施这三个方面，对加强重点实验室的建设来培养研究生的创新能力展开论述。

Abstract To increase the Key Laboratory of investment， improve the condition of the laboratory， improve the practical ability， graduate students can make a better combination of theory and practice， in the continuous exploration and confirmation of knowledge， cultivate their innovation ability. This paper from the improvement of experimental conditions， pay attention to the cultivation of innovation ability of graduate students， strengthen the construction and management of the specific measures of these three aspects to strengthen the construction of key laboratory to cultivate the innovation ability of graduate students.

深入贯彻实施《教育部关于进一步深化本科教学改革和全面提高教学质量的若干意见》和“高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程”精神，大力加强实验、实践等教学环节，已成为高校的一项重要任务。①在社会持续发展的形势下，对应用型人才的要求也越来越高，高校也重视起对在校学生创新能力的培养。加强实验、实践的教学环节必不可少，高校若想在实验教学方面获得良好成效，首先就应加强学校重点实验室的建设。21世纪对于高等教育而言，是一个机遇与挑战、共处与竞争并存的教育时代。②随着社会对创新型人才的需求日益旺盛，培养高质量的应用型创新人才已成为高校对在校生的一个重要培养目标。在高校教育模式的不断转变中，深化教学改革，加强素质教育已成为高校教育的一个重要内容。其中，实验教学环节不可忽视。从培养研究生创新能力的角度出发，加强高校重点实验室的建设，通过实验教学，不仅能让研究生更好地将理论知识与实践操作相结合，提高动手能力，巩固所学知识，还能培养研究生的科研兴趣，提升科学素质，激发创新潜能。……
