摘 要 国内高校图书馆学科服务相对滞后，主要是由于高校主要领导认识偏差、图书馆馆长学非专长、图书馆宣传力度不够、学科馆员综合素质偏低及管理制度缺失、馆藏质量不高、地域局限等原因。要改变国内高校图书馆学科服务滞后的现状，需要从改变高校主要领导传统观念、图书馆馆长用当其人、图书馆加大宣传力度、提高学科馆员综合素质并完善相关管理制度、提高馆藏质量、克服地域局限等方面着手。

Cause Analysis of Subject Service Lagging in University Libraries and the

Improvement Measures

Abstract The subject services of domestic university libraries lags behind， which is caused by many reasons， such as main leaders lack of correct awareness， unprofessional directors of libraries， insufficient publicity， low comprehensive quality of librarians， unreasonable management system， poor quality of library collections and geographical limitations. The subject services of domestic university libraries can be improved from the following aspects. The university leaders must change their traditional attitudes towards library subject services， and the directors of libraries should be well chosen. The publicity of libraries should be increased， and the librarians comprehensive quality should be improved. Also， the related management system should be perfected， and the attention should be paid to poor quality of library collections and geographical limitations.

學科服务是基于高校学科建设发展需求，以学科馆员为核心，以高校图书馆各类资源为服务载体，以学科服务平台为依托，以满足学科用户需求为目标，通过各种方式向学科用户提供的专业化、个性化、知识化服务，旨在推动高校学科建设及发展。这一全新的服务模式是高校图书馆主动适应新形势下高校学科建设发展，更新服务理念、创新服务模式的具体体现，也是高校图书馆主动迎接挑战、服务教学科研大局、重塑图书馆形象、推动高校图书馆事业又快又好发展的重大举措。

1 国外学科服务发展现状

国外学科服务以美国最具代表性，从理论研究到实践操作层面，都取得了较为显著的成果与成效。就理论研究看，美国图书馆学界普遍认为学科服务是新形势下图书馆服务的发展趋势。例如：美国专业图书馆协会（SLA）原会长Guy St Clair认为“我们已经从追求信息的时代步入到了追求知识的时代，在共享知识和知识发展成为一切事情和交流的基础时，学科知识服务就理所当然地成为了信息使用的有效管理方法”[1]。……
