摘 要 论文概述了南京图书馆“陶风采”服务暨惠风书堂项目实施情况，归纳了项目建设的基本做法和初步经验，探讨了基于馆店合作和馆社合作的圖书馆精准服务创新实践的社会价值，以期为跨界合作和业务整合提供有益的思路和对策。

Exploration and Reflection on Accurate Service Based on the Cooperation

Between Libraries and Bookstores and Publishing Houses：Taking Nanjing Librarys “Taofengcai” Service & Gentle Breeze Book Hall Project as an Example

Abstract This paper outlines the implementation of “Taofengcai” service of Nanjing Library & Gentle Breeze Book Hall Project， and summarizes the basic practice and preliminary experience of the project. Then it discusses the social value of library accurate service innovation based on the cooperation between libraries and bookstores and publishing houses， in order to offer beneficial ideas and countermeasures about cross-border cooperation and business integration.

南京图书馆（以下简称“南图”）历史悠久、馆藏宏富，业务扎实、底蕴深厚，作为全国综合实力居前的省级公共图书馆，正在朝着“国内先进、国际有影响”的发展目标迈进。为了更好地满足广大读者日益增长的阅读需求，近年来， 南图在江苏省文化厅领导下，围绕“文化惠民，精准服务”的总要求，立足馆情、科学决策，在馆藏结构优化、服务能力提升、信息技术应用、中心作用发挥、全省业务引领、参考咨询强化、学术交流促进等诸多方面积极有为，在空间拓展、项目增设、内涵挖掘、条件改善、服务提升上狠下功夫，取得了不俗的业绩。作为“馆店合作”成功范例的“陶风采”服务暨惠风书堂项目[1]，便是南图十三五时期重点实施的精准服务系列惠民工程之一。
