摘 要 为了响应《中国制造2025》纲领的号召，及时了解并适应市场和区域经济的发展，合理调整专业人才培养模式，对扬州地区电气类相关企业进行了人才需求情况调研。通过调研，找准了高等职业院校电气自动化技术专业人才的定位，总结了企业对于专业人才培养的意见建议，为后续人才培养方案的指定提供了可靠的依据和保障。

Abstract In response to the "China Made 2025" program， understand and adapt to the development of regional economy and the market timely， reasonable adjustment of talent cultivation model in Yangzhou area， mechanical and electrical related enterprises in the talent demand for research. Through the investigation， to find out the location of Higher Occupation College of electrical automation technology professionals， summed up the enterprises for talents cultivation of opinions and suggestions， provide the basis and reliable guarantee for the subsequent training program specified.

電气自动化技术专业结合了多个学科和技术，专业口径较宽，适用范围广泛，就业方向灵活。为了明确企业对于电气自动化专业的人才培养需求情况，找准定位，确定目标，真正体现就业导向、能力本位的办学方针，因地制宜与时俱进地进行人才培养模式改革，需要有针对性的对江苏扬州及周边地区企业进行调研，了解企业对本专业人才培养的意见和建议。

1 专业人才培养的社会背景

《中国制造2025》为我国制定了走向制造强国的行动纲领，而人才培养是实现建设制造强国的根本前提，《中国制造2025》中明确提出了“人才为本”的基本方针，要求要加快培育制造业发展急需的专业技术技能人才，这就给高等职业教育电气自动化技术专业带来了巨大的机遇和挑战。与此同时，《中国制造2025》也提出要坚持市场的主导地位，因此本专业的人才培养模式的制定也应当坚持以企业、市场、社会乃至国家的需求为标杆。只有以《中国制造2025》为纲领，以岗位、企业和社会的需求为准绳，进一步推动改革，深化落实，全方位进行人才培养模式的调整，才能培养出企业需要、社会认可、国家满意的具有电气自动化技术专业背景的高素质技术技能型人才。……
