摘 要 机械制造业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分。近些年来，随着科学技术的飞速发展，我国制造业已经取得了很大的进步，对人才的需求也有很大的改变，但现有的人才队伍仍不能满足其发展的需求。因此，在机械制造业人才队伍中开展继续教育，对于提高专业技术人员综合素质有着非常重要的意义。文章分析了我国机械制造业发展现状，并研究了人才培养模式中存在的问题和继续教育的重要性。

Abstract Machinery manufacturing industry is an important part of China's national economy. In recent years， with the rapid development of science and technology， China's manufacturing industry has made great progress， the talents need to have a great change， but the existing talent team still can not meet the needs of its development. Therefore， it is very important to carry out continuing education in the machinery manufacturing industry to improve the comprehensive quality of professional and technical personnel. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of China's machinery manufacturing industry， and studies the problems and the importance of continuing education in the mode of talent training.

近十几年，我国的机械制造业总量快速增长，根据有关部门统计数据，我国现已是世界第一机械制造大国，但距世界机械制造强国还存在一定的距离。因此，要加速完成机械制造大国向机械制造强国的转变，必须从源头抓起，加强机械制造类专业人才队伍的建设，持续深入開展机械制造专业人才继续教育。

1 机械制造类专业人才继续教育的重要性和紧迫性

经过几代人的不断努力，我国机械制造业已发展为一项重要的产业，一定程度的影响着国民经济发展。改革开放后，国家经济迅速增长，综合国力大大提升，部分产业的发展达到甚至超过其他发达国家水平。1980年，我国制造业占世界总额百分之一点四，2000年，我国制造业占世界总额百分之五点九，位居世界第四。由此可见，数十年的发展，我国的机械制造业，已从夕阳产业发展为朝阳产业。……
