摘 要：贵阳市花溪国家城市湿地公园自建成开放以来，产生了良好的社会、生态和经济效应，但游客在享受公园环境和服务的同时，也渐渐感受到公园在建设和管理中存在的缺陷。通过对该湿地公园多次实地考察，发现主要存在3个方面的不足：设计建设不符合生态原则、忽视地方文脉传承、基础设施和服务体系缺失。针对这些不足，提出了遵从生态原则完善景观，重点打造标志性景观，注重文化传承，完善配套服务等改进建议。

Abstract：Since Huaxi National Urban Wetland Park in Guiyang City came into use，it has produced benign environmental values，ecological values and economical values.Tourists enjoy themselves in the environment and service.At the same time，tourists generally realize the deficiencies in construction and management.We have taken field trips many times and find three aspects of deficiencies in the park.The design and construction are not according with the principle of ecology；The neglect of the inheritation of cultural context；The lack of infrastructure.Aiming at the deficiencies，the paper puts forward a few suggestions.Defer to the principle of ecology；Perfect the landscape；Focus on the characteristic landscape；Attach importance to the inheritation of culture；Complete the subsidiary service.

湿地是全球三大生态系统之一，是珍贵的自然资源，是重要的生态系统，具有不可替代的综合功能。按照建设部2005年发布的《国家城市湿地公园管理办法（试行）》的定义，“城市湿地公园，是指利用纳入城市绿地系统规划的适宜作为公园的天然湿地类型，通过合理的保护利用，形成保护、科普、休闲等功能于一体的公园。”城市湿地公园的建立对湿地的保护及发展，城市生态的调节、建设与维护，公众的工作与学习都具有重要意义。城市湿地公园相比于其他湿地公园对城市、居民有着更直接的影响，而城市也需要湿地发挥更好的生态、社会、经济效益。我国对于湿地的研究、保护与利用起步较晚，但近年来，随着社会对于湿地认识的不断加深，城市湿地公园数量不断增加，根据从网络检索到的资料统计，到2015年3月19日，住建部共公布了11批国家城市湿地公园名单，累计全国有52个国家城市湿地公园，还有一大批城市湿地公园在建和待审。……
