摘 要 文章以广东石油化工学院2015届应届毕业生为研究对象，对其创业现状进行调查分析，结果显示应届大学毕业生存在着创业意向度低、创业动机不成熟、创业知识和能力不足、对高校创业教育满意度偏低等问题。并从提高大学生创业素质、健全高校创业教育机制、优化社会创业环境等方面，提出如何促进大学生创业对策。

Abstract This paper used the 2015 session graduates of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology as the research object， on their entrepreneurial status were investigated and analyzed. The results show that there is a kind of problems to university graduates such as low entrepreneurial intention degree， immature entrepreneurial motivation， lack of business knowledge and ability， low satisfaction of entrepreneurship education in Colleges. And from the aspects of improving entrepreneurial qualities， perfecting the mechanism of entrepreneurship education in Colleges， to optimize the environment of social entrepreneurship and so on， for how to promote the entrepreneurship of college students and propose strategies.

大众创业、万众创新，既可以扩大就业、增加居民收入，又有利于促进社会纵向流动和公平正义，同时让人们在创造财富的过程中，更好地实现精神追求和自身价值。①在“大众创业、万众创新”的大背景下，对大学毕业生的创业现状进行调查分析，并就如何促进大学生创业提出对策，具有重要意义，不但有利于促进大学生创业，解决大学生就业难的问题，同时可为高校人才培养模式的研究提供有效的参考价值。

1 研究方法

以广东石油化工学院2015届应届毕业生为研究对象，在他们毕业半年后（2015年12月），通过网络邮件方式向6630名毕业生发放调查问卷，最终成功回收有效问卷1743份。样本的分布全面、合理，覆盖了2015届毕业生的所有专业（76个专业），男女比例、本专科比例均与全校的比例接近（见表1）。

2 大学毕业生创业素质的现状分析

2.1 创业意向度较低

调查结果显示（如图1所示），大学毕业生的创业意向普遍较低，正在创业中的毕业生比例只有2.60%，低于全国平均水平（2.9%），②在未来三年内有创业计划的比例为28.02%，而无创业计划的比例则高达41.74%。……
