摘 要 职业学校评估意义重大，事关学校声誉，直接影响着学校的生存与发展。档案管理在评估中的重要性日益凸显。学校要采取强化全员档案意识的措施、健全档案管理制度、推进档案电子化管理、提高管理人员素质、有机整合学校档案与评估档案等措施加强档案建设，为学校的发展作出应有的贡献。

The Role of File Management in the Evaluation of Vocational Schools

Abstract The evaluation of vocational school is of great significance， which relates to school reputation， directly affects the survival and development of the school.The importance of file management in evaluating is growing. Schools should take measures to strengthen the full file of archives， Sound file management system， promote the electronic archives management， improve the quality of personnel management， integration and evaluation of organic school archives archives archives and other measures to strengthen the construction of the schools development and make due contributions.

职业学校档案是学校在教学、科研、管理以及其他各项活动中直接形成的对学校、学生和社会有保存价值的各种文字、图表、声像等不同形式的历史记录，能真实、客观反映职业学校建设与发展的历程。①近十年来，我国国务院、教育部、财政部等部门先后出台了《关于大力发展职业教育的决定》（国发[2005]35号）、《关于实施国家示范性高等职业院校、加快高等职业教育改革与发展的意见》（教高[2006]14号）、《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》（教高[2006]16号）等文件，标志着高等职业教育进入了新的发展时期，工作重心发生了根本性的转变，从重点抓规模扩张转向抓内涵建设。期间，学校要接受各级各类的评估，如高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估、星级学校评估、示范专业评估、特色专业评估等。在众多的评估中，学校档案是最可靠的第一手材料，是评估专家需重点检查的内容，在衡量学校教育教学质量、科研水平和管理水平方面起着举足轻重的作用。
