摘要： 邻苯二甲酸酯类作为塑化剂中的重要组成，其广泛存在于玩具、塑料包装、壁纸、食品外包装盒、医用血袋、个人护理等多种产品之中，然而有研究表明其对人体生殖发育及神经系统发育有一定的影响。本文结合PAEs 的毒性，就烟草盒包装纸中的邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂提出一种气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法（GC/MS），通过检测发现，在检出的质量样品中主要包括DIBP，DBP和DEHP等塑化剂，该方法适用于检测纸质包装盒中6种PAEs含量，并能够适应大规模样品的快速分析要求。

Abstract： As an important component of phthalate plasticizer， phthalate widely exists in toys， plastic packaging， wallpaper， food packaging box， medical blood bag， personal care and other products. However， studies have indicated that it has a certain effect on the development of the human body and the nervous system. According to the toxicity of PAEs， the GC/MS detection method for the phthalate plasticizer in packing paper of tobacco box is proposed. Through the detection， it is found that the quality samples mainly include DIBP， DBP， DEHP and other plasticizer. This method can be used to detect the content of 6 kinds of PAEs in the paper packaging box， and can adapt to the requirement of the rapid analysis of large scale samples.

0 引言

邻苯二甲酸酯类作为塑化剂的重要组成，其广泛存在于塑料、包装纸张、医用血袋、个人护理等多种产品之中，然而有研究表明其对人体生殖发育及神经系统发育有一定的影响。近年来，各个行业加强对塑化剂的检测，结合PAEs的毒性，就烟草合包装纸中的邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂提出一种气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法（GC/MS），通过检测发现，在检出的质量样品中主要包括DIBP，DBP和DEHP等塑化剂，同时在纸质包装盒中的含量都低于100mg/kg，个别品种的样品稍高，达到300mg/kg。该方法适用于检测纸质包装盒中76种PAEs含量，并能够适应大规模样品的快速分析要求。
