摘 要： 随着“互联网+”国家战略的推行，泛在学习已成为一种新的常态。而早期的高职教学资源库由于资源形式比较单一、互动性较差，不利于高职学生开展泛在学习。提出泛在学习时代高职教学资源库建设应遵循资源一体化、类型多样化、设计碎片化、访问智能化等原则，并通过营造时时可学、处处可学的校园文化氛围，组建优秀的教学资源库建设团队，以及提升高职师生的信息素养等保障措施，更好的服务于高职学生的自主化、碎片化学习，提高人才培养质量。

Study of the construction of higher vocational teaching resource warehouses

in the era of ubiquitous learning

Abstract： With the implementation of "Internet+" national strategy， ubiquitous learning has become a new normal. But the early teaching resources warehouses are not conducive to ubiquitous learning because of the relatively simple resources and poor interaction. This study puts forward that the construction of higher vocational teaching resources warehouses in the era of ubiquitous learning should follow the principle of integration of resources， diversification of types， fragmentation of design， intelligent access and so on. Also， through building the campus cultural atmosphere of learning at anytime and anywhere， setting up excellent teaching resources construction team and improving information literacy of teachers and students， it is better for the students to improve their autonomous learning and fragment learning， and to improve the quality of talent cultivation.

0 引言

泛在学习（ubiquitous learning）是指无时无刻的沟通，无处不在的学习，是利用信息技术提供学生一个可以在任何地方、随时使用手边可以取得的科技工具来进行学习活动的4A（Anyone，Anytime，Anywhere，Anydevice）学习[1]。随着“互联网+”国家战略的推行，泛在学习已成为一种新的常态。泛在学习时代的到来，为学生的个性化学习提供了可能，打破了学习内容、进度、起点、目标、要求等的统一性。学生可以根据自己的特点和需要在更大程度上自由地选择适合自己的学习资源，按照自己的方式和进度进行学习。教学资源库是泛在学习时代高职学生开展个性化学习的基础，因此，开展泛在学习时代高职教学资源库建设研究，为高职学生提供个性化的教育教学资源，对于学生成长成才具有重要的意义。
