【摘要】 在当前移动通信飞速发展变化的大环境下，4G技术已经在全国范围内逐步取代3G网络，成为当前无线通信主要运行模式，怎样将《移动通信原理》课程的教学体系和课程内容纳入实际运营的场景中成为需要考虑的问题。本文首先对移动通信技术专业应用型人才的定位进行了讨论，根据应用型人才的培养目标和学校的实际条件，提出了采用优化移动通信课程群、增加项目实训和增强校企合作的方法来提高移动通信专业应用型人才的培养水平，满足人才市场的实际需求。

The consideration of “Mobile Communication Theory” to the practical personnel under the 4G technology Zhang Lin， Lin Feng Department of OPTO-Electronic and Communication Engineering， Xia Men University of Technology Abstract： With the rapid development of communication technology， 4G communication system has been gradually replacing the 3G worldwide. It is very important that the course system and the content of “Mobile Communication Theory” can follow the development of the market. In this paper， the positioning for the personnel of mobile communications are discussed firstly. According to the training objectives and the actual conditions of university， the methods that optimizing the curriculum group of mobile communications， increasing the training programs and enhancing the cooperation between enterprises are proposed in this paper. Following these methods， the teaching skills for practical personnel in mobile communication technology are improved which will meet the requirement of actual market.

一、4G通信的发展对教学产生的影响

2014年是中国4G商用元年，以运营商大规模放号发展4G用户为标志，全国LTE产业布局已经开始，4G全面激活移动互联网，为用户、应用提供商和运营商等产业链各个环节带来重大变化，提供更加丰富的业务。因此，运营商考虑的是怎样把流量规模做大，怎样提高用户价值，依据欧美、日韩国际运营商比较通行的模式，运营商和互联网服务提供商合作来做大流量，运营商做好流量经营。

在这种背景下，通信设备制造商及其上下游供应商、运营商以及外包的维护第三方急需掌握最新技术的年轻人才。作为应届毕业生的去向问题主要还是取决于学生本身的个人能力和知识体系的掌握程度，毕业生通常能够掌握移动通信技术的基本理论和专业技能，主要从事通信工程安装、调试、设备管理与维护、移动通信相关产品检修、测试与销售服务工作，从事的岗位主要有网络优化工程师、基站运维工程师、互联网运营等职位。……
