摘 要：仓储与配送管理课程是一门理论与实践相结合的课程，在提倡应用型人才培养模式的形势下，传统的纯理论教学已经不能满足社会对人才的需要。针对宿州学院的实际情况，文章对该课程的教学方法进行改革初探。首先，文章对该课程现有的教学现状进行了分析，指出在教学目标、教学方式、教学思想及教学资源的利用方面存在的问题，然后在此基础上提出了相应的教学改革对策。

Abstract： Warehousing and distribution management course is a combination of theory and practice courses， in the promotion of applied talents training mode situation， the traditional pure theory teaching has been unable to meet the needs of the community. In view of the actual situation of Suzhou University， in the article， the author carries on the reform to the teaching method of this course. First of all， the author analyzes the present teaching situation of the course， and points out the problems existing in the utilization of teaching objectives， teaching methods， teaching ideas and teaching resources. On the basis of this， the author puts forward the corresponding teaching reform measures.

0 引 言

近年来，随着物流业的快速发展，相关物流人才的需求也随之增加。仓储配送作为物流的重要组成部分，已经发展成为一个重要的产业。对于物流企业来讲，如何提高仓储配送工作效率，降低仓储配送成本，从根本上提升物流管理水平，是企业必然要面对和解决的问题。

那么为了满足社会对人才的需求，学校如何培养出适合的人才至关重要。目前，大多数本科院校是在应用型人才的培养模式指导下进行办学定位的，宿州学院也是其中之一。在这种应用型人才培养模式的驱动下，学校以及教师如何针对专业特征和社会需求，采用恰当的教学方法进行人才培养是一个值得探究的问题。本文主要以宿州学院经济管理学院物流管理专业为研究对象，针对《仓储与配送管理》这门课程的教学方法改革进行探索。
