摘 要 目的：了解乐山市外科护士实施心理护理的现状。方法：采用《临床心理护理现状调查问卷》对乐山4所三级医院54名普外科护士进行调查。结果：护士基本心理护理知识得分13.76？.20（总分为22分），心理护理意识得分44.19？.14（总分为60分），一般心理护理实施情况得分36.29？.93（总分为45分），专业心理护理实施情况得分22.58？.49（总分为60分）。结论：护士所具备的心理护理知识的全面性有待完善，实施一般护理的情况较好，护士实施心理护理的意识及专业心理护理的实施有待提高。

Abstract Objective： to investigate the status of nurses ' psychological nursing in Leshan city.Methods： the clinical psychological nursing care questionnaire on 4 level-III hospital of Leshan city 54 surgical nurses were investigated.Results： psychological nursing for nurses basic knowledge score 13.76 ？2.20 （total of 22 points）， psychological care awareness score of 44.19 ？2.14 （total of 60 points）， scores on the general psychological nursing 36.29 ？1.93 （total of 45 points）， specializing in mental nursing scored 22.58 ？1.49 （total of 60 points）.Conclusion： Nurses ' knowledge of the psychological nursing of comprehensiveness needs to be improved， implementation of general nursing good， nurses' consciousness of psychological nursing and professional psychological care implementation needs to be improved.

目前優质护理服务示范工程活动在临床护理工作中不断深入开展，心理护理的实施不但能够展现其核心的“人性化护理服务”，而且能够对患者疾病的恢复以及医院的护理服务质量起着极大的促进作用。为了解乐山市外科护士实施心理护理的现状，我们对乐山4所医院的外科护士进行了调查，现将报告如下。

1 对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

采用随机抽样的方法，选取乐山市4所三级医院普外科当日在岗的护士54人进行调查。总共发放问卷54份，收回有效问卷52份，其中男1人，女51人；年龄≤25岁21人，26-35岁27人，36-45岁3人，>45岁1人；学历：中专1人，大专44人，本科7人；职称：护士30人，护师21人，主管护师1人；工作年限：≤5年38人，6-10年12人；>10年2人。

1.2 研究方法

1.2.1 调查工具

采用《临床心理护理现状调查问卷》，该问卷包括四个部分：护士所具备的基本心理护理知识，护士实施心理护理的意识，一般心理护理的实施，专业心理护理的实施。
