2012—2014年河南省人民医院住院患者麻醉性镇痛药应用分析

摘要目的：评价河南省人民医院(以下简称“我院”)住院患者麻醉性镇痛药的临床使用情况及用药趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对2012—2014年麻醉性镇痛药的使用种类、销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)和限定日费用进行统计分析。结果：我院麻醉性镇痛药的销售金额和DDDs总体呈显著增加的趋势，个别品种DDDs有较大波动，麻醉性镇痛药限定日费用相对较低且保持稳定。结论：2012—2014年我院住院患者麻醉性镇痛药应用情况基本合理，但是仍需要进一步规范麻醉性镇痛药的选择和使用，使其更加安全、有效、经济和合理。

Analysis on Application of Narcotic Analgesics for Inpatients in People’s Hospital of Henan during 2012-2014

ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE： To evaluate the application status and trend of narcotic analgesics in People’s Hospital of Henan(hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”), and to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS： The varieties, consumption sum, defined daily dose system(DDDs) and defined daily cost (DDC) of narcotic analgesics used during 2012-2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS： DDDs and consumption sum of narcotic analgesics showed an significant increase trend, the DDDs of some individual species had grater fluctuation, but the DDC of narcotic analgesics was relatively low and stable. CONCLUSIONS： The application of narcotic analgesics for inpatients in our hospital is basically rational, meanwhile, the selection and application of narcotic analgesics still need to be further standardized, so as to ensure safe, effective and rational．

麻醉性镇痛药通常是指作用于中枢神经系统，能解除或减轻疼痛并改变患者对疼痛的情绪反应的药物，剂量过大时则可致患者昏睡[1]。麻醉性镇痛药是一类特殊的药品，使用需严格管理，合理规范的使用能够减轻患者的病痛，提高患者的生活质量，而违规滥用则会导致成瘾性，甚至危害人们的健康及社会的安定。国务院及原卫生部先后颁布了《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》[2]及《麻醉药品临床应用指导原则》[3]等一系列相关法规来规范我国麻醉药品、精神药品的使用和管理。为了解麻醉性镇痛药的使用情况，促进其合理应用，加强对麻醉性镇痛药的规范管理，本调查就2012—2014年河南省人民医院(以下简称“我院”)住院患者麻醉性镇痛药使用情况进行统计，现报告如下。……
