复方中药组方抗炎镇痛作用的研究

摘要目的：研究复方中药组方的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法：用复方中药组方治疗尿酸钠诱导的急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠，观测治疗前后大鼠受试关节体积；用小鼠醋酸扭体实验、小鼠热水甩尾实验检测复方中药组方对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果：在对复方中药组方的抗炎作用研究中发现，复方中药组方在各时间段均有显著减低大鼠足趾发炎程度的效果。在对复方中药组方的镇痛作用研究中发现，与空白对照组相比，复方中药组方高、中剂量组能极显著地提高小鼠甩尾反应潜伏期；复方中药组方高剂量组能极显著地降低醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：复方中药组方有显著的抗炎镇痛疗效。

Research on Effects of Chinese Medicines Section on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic

ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE：To investigate the effects of Chinese medicines section(AG) on anti-inflammatory and analgesic. METHODS：The model rats with acute gouty arthritis caused by sodium urate were treated with AG，then the joint volume of tested rats were observed before and after treatment. Through the experiment of mice writhing and mice tail-flicking，the effects of AG on analgesic were detected. RESULTS：Through the research on anti-inflammatory experiment，AG could significantly decrease the degree of inflammation in rat paw in each period. Through the research on analgesic experiment，compared with blank control group，the high and middle dose groups of AG could significantly increase the response latency of mice tail-flicking; the high dose group could significantly decrease the times of writhing response. CONCLUSIONS：AG has significant and accurate anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.

痛风是一种以持续性高尿酸血症导致尿酸钠晶体在关节及其周围组织沉积为特征的代谢性疾病[1-2]。尿酸盐在滑膜组织的沉积及其引起的炎症是急性痛风发作的基础[3-4]。国内外用于控制急性痛风性关节炎的药物主要有秋水仙碱、非甾体抗炎药等，但由于毒副作用较大限制了药物的应用[5-7]。连云港市赣榆区人民医院(以下简称“我院”)根据传统中医配方研制出复方中药组方(AG)，经初步筛选疗效较好，为进一步开发，本研究对其抗炎、镇痛等指标进行研究，探讨其防治痛风的作用[8-9]，现报告如下。……
