基于光电产业需求的光电信息科学与工程专业的改革与实践*

摘要：基于辽宁光电产业发展对人才的实际需求，探究光电信息科学与工程专业人才培养的有效途径，在校企共建实习实训基地的基础上，将实践基地建设、就业基地建设、教师实践培训和校企科研合作有机结合，使企业能够深度参与人才培养过程，在有效地提高了人才培养质量的同时，加大了与光电产业发展需求的契合程度，取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:This paper discusses efficient approaches of the cultivation of professionals majoring in optoelectronic information science and engineering from the perspective of meeting the actual demand of the development of opto-electronics in Liaoning province. On the basis of joint efforts made by the university and enterprises on the construc-tion of training bases, we integrate the construction of training bases, employment bases, teacher's training bases and scientific research cooperation between the university and enterprises. The enterprises are able to take an in-depth part in the cultivation of the professionals. This not only improves the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation but also fits with the development of optoelectronics, thus achieving good effects.

光电产业是圆员世纪最具魅力的朝阳产业，是未来的城市高速发展的基石，辽宁是我国的老工业基地，在制备制造等领域有着雄厚的基础，但在光电领域相对薄弱。近几年辽宁省高度重视培育和发展战略性新兴产业，辽宁光电产业集群快速发展，包括辽宁（鞍山）激光科技产业园、沈北光电产业集群和辽宁（丹东）视光产业园等。伴随着辽宁光电产业集群的迅猛发展，对于光电方面的人才需求大幅度增加。辽宁光电产业集群的大发展给光电相关专业的建设和发展创造了巨大发展空间和难得的发展机遇[1-4]，同时也面临着巨大的挑战。……
