高校新校区校园文化建设的初探

摘要：近年来，随着我国二级民办教育事业的迅猛发展，普通高校的办学规模也在不断的扩大，有的高校采取建设新校区的办法来处理办学资源短缺的问题。由于受到多种原因的影响，绝大多数的高校新校区都是建立在文化底蕴淡薄、人文背景缺失的荒凉地区。如今，高校所面临的主要问题就是如何将新校区的校园文化建设得更加具有创新性。

Abstract:In recent years，with the rapid development of secondary non-governmental education enterprise in our country，the scale of ordinary university has been expanded. Some colleges and universities deal with the shortage of educational resources via constructing new campus. Due to the influence of a variety of reasons，most of the new campus of colleges and universities are based in the desolate areas lack of culture and humanism background. Now，the main problem in colleges and universities is how to make the culture construction of the new campus more innovative.

一、高校新校区校园文化的内涵

在社会文化背景中，高校新校区的校园文化建设具有典型的亚文化特征，校园文化建设是由高校教师和大学生一起创建的校园文化气氛和校园精神环境构成的。校园文化包含的内容比较广泛，主要体现为以下几点：第一，校园物质文化。校园文化的物化形态被称之为校园物质文化，校园物质文化的内容包括校园自然环境、高校的设备以及设施、高校硬件工程以及高校建筑物等。第二，校园制度文化。校园制度文化是校园文化的核心，包括高校的行为规范、规章制度、管理办法以及管理措施等。第三，校园行为文化。校园文化建设的主要载体就是校园行为文化，高校教师和大学生的所有行为真实的体现出了高校行为文化的水平，校园行为文化主要体现为高校的学风校风、各种团体活动、生活形式以及日常行为规范等。……
