Java程序员岗位需求分析及人才标准的研究

摘要：文章针对高职计算机应用专业（Java软件方向）的岗位进行了调研。主要内容包括软件产业的发展、岗位人才需求及目前高职软件专业毕业生的现状。明确指出软件人才培养方向及岗位需求标准，分析了目前高职软件专业应该加强的培养方向。为高职院校软件专业的人才培养方案的制定提供了一定的指导作用，同时为软件专业相关课程的改革提供思路和方向。

Abstract:The article researches the jobs of higher vocational computer application specialty（Java software direction）. Main contents of the research include the development of software industry，post demand and the current situation of higher vocational software specialty graduates. This paper explicitly points out the software talent training direction and position requirements standard，and analyzes the training direction that higher vocational software specialty should strengthen at present. The paper gives certain guide for the higher vocational software professional talent training scheme. At the same time it provides thoughts and direction for the reform of software professional courses.

一、软件产业发展情况简介

我国软件和信息技术服务业整体呈平稳快速发展态势，产业规模不断扩大。根据工信部网站提供的软件业经济运行数据得知，2012年我国软件和信息技术服务业实现软件业务收入2.5万亿元，同比增长28.5%；2013年实现软件业务收入3.05万亿元，同比增长23.4%；2014年实现软件业务收入3.7万亿元，同比增长20.2%。2012年4月工信部网站在《软件和信息技术服务业“十二五”发展规划》中提出，到2015年，软件业务收入要突破4万亿元，占信息产业比重达到25%，年均增长24.5%以上，软件出口达到600亿美元。因而软件产业将成为21世纪拥有最大产业规模和最具广阔发展前景的新兴产业之一。

随着软件产业的蓬勃发展，软件和信息技术服务业结构调整的步伐正在加快，目前我国已初步形成信息技术咨询服务、数据处理和存储类服务、传统软件产品、信息系统集成服务、嵌入式系统软件与集成电路设计产业均衡发展的格局。……
