加强高校资助工作育人功能的思考与探索

摘要：家庭经济困难学生在高校学生中占据一定比重，新形势下如何更好地开展困难学生资助工作，实现育人功能，是当前高校思政教育中不可忽视的一项重要课题。文章分析了当前高校资助育人工作存在的问题，提出了一套将学生资助与育人机制有效结合的工作开展方案，对高校困难学生资助育人工作有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Students coming from low-income families account for a certain proportion in colleges and universities. How to better carry out the financial aid to students and achieve educational function is an essential and important topic during the course of current ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in fi原nancial aid of education and puts forward a set of work programs combining the effective mechanism of student fund原ing and education, which has a certain reference value to the work of student funding and education for students coming from low-income families.

一、目前资助育人工作存在的问题

高校资助工作体系较大程度上帮助大部分家庭经济困难学生解决了学费、生活费等经济问题，保证他们完成了基本学业，但由于对受助学生培育教育意识不够，造成部分受助学生毕业时道德修养不高、能力不足。通过调研部分高校学生资助工作开展情况，参考前人研究结果，分析得出目前高校资助育人工作主要存在以下问题。

（一）对受助学生心理帮扶缺失。单纯将资助工作理解为缓解学生经济压力。实际上，家庭经济困难学生多来自于贫困偏远地区或离异、单亲家庭，在成长过程中必定会产生一定的心理问题，排除他们对于新环境的陌生感、与他人对比后落差的自卑感以及家庭因素造成的安全缺乏感，结合物质帮扶有计划的为他们进行心理辅导，帮助他们尽快适应大学生活，也应纳入资助工作的一项重要任务。……
