高校思想政治教育吸引力研究

摘要：思想政治教育的吸引力直接关系着思想政治教育的实际成效，是思想政治教育本身极为重要的出发点，是思想政治教育中极力追求的重要因素。通过分析高校思想政治教育中各方面因素对教育本身吸引力的影响，有助于更好的开展高校思想政治教育活动。

Abstract:The attraction of ideological and political education is directly related to the actual effect of ideological and political education, which is a very important starting point of ideological and political education, and an important factor in the pursuit of ideological and political education. The analysis of the influence of various factors on the education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is helpful to better carry out the activities of ideological and political education.

思想政治教育一直以来都是我国高等院校具体工作中的一项重要环节，是推动高等院校不断稳定发展的重要精神支柱，思想政治教育的成效会对高校的最终教育成果产生最直接的影响。因此如何在高校的日常工作中深入开展思想政治教育吸引力的研究就显得日渐紧迫起来。

一、思想政治教育吸引力

自然界中任何两件物质之间都会产生吸引力，即一个物体对另一个物体的作用力。在管理心理学中，吸引力是指能引导人们沿着一定方向前进的力量。当人们对组织目标或可能得到的东西有相当的兴趣和爱好时，这些东西就会形成对人们的吸引力。这种力量一旦形成就会吸引人们不断地向目标靠近。而这里的吸引力指的是思想政治教育对受教育者注意力的影响。思想政治教育是社会或社会群体用一定的思想观念、政治观点、道德规范，对其成员施加有目的、有计划的、有组织的影响，使他们形成符合一定社会要求的思想政治教育品德的社会实践活动。……
