高校学生干部培养的常见问题及对策分析

摘要：高校学生干部是学校思想政治教育和学生管理的核心力量，是联系老师和学生的纽带，在引导学生自我教育、自我管理中起着不可忽视的作用。加强学生干部思想政治教育，健全学生干部选拔、培训和考核体系，建立一支德才兼备、品学兼优、素质过硬的学生干部队伍，对于学校教育管理工作具有极为重要的意义。

Abstract:As the main force of ideological and political education and students management in colleges and universities, university student cadres function as the connection between teachers and students, and play an important role in guiding the students' self-education and self-management. Strengthening the students cadres' ideological and political education and improving the selection, training and assessment to build a high quality, high level of student cadres troop with excellent ability, politics, character and learning is of great significance for the school education management.

引言

学生干部是大学生中综合能力较强的佼佼者，是高校学生通过民主推选产生，实现学生“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”的骨干力量，是学校管理、服务工作的重要实施者。高校学生干部是学生工作的重要组成部分，是辅导员的得力助手，肩负着联系老师和学生的桥梁纽带作用，发挥着上传下达、组织协调的模范带头作用。随着时间的推移，这种作用越来越明显。从某种程度上说，学生干部的素质和能力是高校学生工作水平的体现。因此，培养一支德才兼备、品学兼优、素质过硬的学生干部队伍是十分必要的，也是体现高校内涵的一种方式。

近年来，随着教育改革的进一步推进，学生工作中一些新问题、新矛盾日益显现出来。文章通过对部分高校的走访调查，分析了高校学生干部培养中存在的问题，并对形成原因和对策进行总结。……
