基于能力结构的社会医学课程情景模拟教学方法思考

【摘要】社会医学是培养医学生具有现代医学观和方法论的重要课程。针对面向21世纪卫生人才需求特点，社会医学这门课程的承担者，肩负着培养医学生具有循证医学观、群体医学观、转化医学观及个体化医学观的医学人才队伍重任。根据21世纪医生的能力结构标准，活用情景模拟教学法，通过社会医学课堂教学设计, 使未来医学人才初步建立起现代医学观念和思维模式, 具有合理知识结构和能力结构，去更好的服务社会。

Reflections on Scene Simulation Teaching Methods of Social Medicine Course based on Ability Structure

【Abstract】Social Medicine is an important course for cultivating medical students to be with modern medicine concept and methodology. Facing the characteristics of the demand of health professionals for the 21 century, the teachers of the social medicine take the responsibility of training medical students with evidence-based medicine view, community medicine view, translational medicine view and individual medical concept. Therefore, according to the doctor's ability structural standard in 21 Century, using scene simulation teaching method flexibly can train the future medical personnel to establish modern medical concept and thinking mode, to own reasonable knowledge structure and ability structure, and to serve the social better.

21世纪将是生物医学的世纪，21世纪也将日益重视整体和复杂系统的研究。在系统论指导下，群体医学、社会医学、转化医学及个体化医学将成为未来医学发展研究的趋势。这将导致对社会医学专业人才需求不仅在数量上快速增加，而且对专业素质和能力的要求也不断提高。这要求我们在教学中注重理论与实际的联系，而不单是理论演绎；注重知识的综合性，而不只是对某个概念、原理的理解；还要注重学生综合能力、创新能力和应变能力的培养。而目前我国普遍应用的以课堂教师讲授为中心的教学方法，虽然具有完整的知识系统性，但亦有实践性较差的缺陷。国外研究资料表明，教师讲授15分钟课程，学生能记住41%的内容，讲授40分钟，学生只能记住20%的内容[1]。而西方广为提倡的现代教学方法则实践性强[2]。……
